How to prepare your Expandable for transport

Follow the procedure below:

1. Fold the front floor sections upwards.
2. Fold the rear floor sections upwards.
3. Roll up the rear tarp using the crank.
4. Unlock the sled with the control panel on both sides with the key and pull it out.
5. Press the on/off switch to start the control panel.
6. Press the indicated button and slide the right slide out so that it is approximately level with the side shielding.
7. Press the indicated button and slide the right slide out so that is it approximately level with the side shielding.
8. Press the indicated button and release it when the “Touchdown” no longer moves upward.
9. Press the indicated button until the tandem axle stops. Release the button.
10. Lock the bumper on both sides.
11. Unlock the tandem axle on both sides of the tandem axle.
12. Hold the indicated button until the movement of the tandem axle stops.
13. Lock the tandem axle on both sides.
14. Press the indicated button and lower the container onto the wheels. Release the button immediately
15. Press the indicated buttons to retract the piston rods of the rear lift cylinders.
16. Press the indicated button to fully retract the left lift cylinder.
17. Press the indicated button to fully retract the right lift cylinder.
18. Press the indicated button fully retract the left slide out.
19. Press the indicated button the fully retract the right slide out.
20. Press the indicated button to turn off the control panels.
21. Push the control panel both left and right inward and lock the locks with the key.
22. Fold the side shielding down on both the right and left sides.
23. Couple the trailer and fully raise the piston rods of the front left cylinders using the push buttons.
24. Press the green button down.
25. Turn the main switch to “OFF”.
26. Lock the main switch with a padlock.
